Jasmine

Inspired by the scenic tropical island of St. Barth, these four textile wallhangings were created to adorn the bedrooms in the luxury hotel, Villa Jasmine. In collaboration with Pencil Design.

All four pieces are created on rug warp using rug tufting tools, hand embroidery with cotton and wool yarn to fabricate a diverse range of texture and line work to illustrate each unique design. Installed on custom made brass metal rods and brackets that extend the piece in place.
